Nourishing new staple
This shampoo is fantastic, I massage it into my scalp and strands then put a shower cap on to absorb the goodness, after rinsing my hair feels extremely soft and nourished which is unusual for me after a shampoo. It's cold here so I do still need to use a conditioner afterwards but can imagine this product adding more ease to wash day routines in warmer months. The only downsides for me: Glycerin for the colder months isn't the best for my hair, and the heavy fragrance smell; I would have liked a more earthy/herbal scent considering the ingredients, but that won't stop me using it.

Good Shampoo
I do like this shampoo, but I prefer the Rice Butta one in terms of the softness of my hair after cleansing. That one is on another level. However this Shea-Ayurvedic one is great because of the properties in it; all of those powders in the ingredients list are fantastic for strengthening hair, conditioning (the scalp), reducing shedding and so it is one I’d buy again. This one has great slip and does leave the hair soft I just marginally prefer the Rice Butta one which is why I’ve given it a 4 instead of 5. 4a-4b hair, but low porosity is the most significant factor that I determine in choosing hair products.

Wonderful
Felt like a cowash with amazing slip and very hydrating but was cleansing like a shampoo. Can be used as a shampoo/ conditioner mix on days when a deep conditioner is not needed. I love it.
