Dispatch & Delivery

We are currently moving to a new warehouse and there may be a delay in processing orders placed from February 15 - 28. Apologies for any inconvenience caused. 

We are based in the United Kingdom and we usually dispatch orders between 48 hours, Monday - Friday. Occasionally, we also dispatch orders on Saturdays. There may be delays on weekends, Christmas, Public/Bank Holidays, Black Friday and other sale periods.

We will deliver goods in accordance with the delivery option you selected when you placed the order. Any delivery and dispatch timescales provided are only suggestive and are subject to delays or changes.

 

We aim to dispatch your order as quickly and safely as possible. However, with the ongoing COVID pandemic, health and safety restrictions may result in less staff processing orders at one time. As a result of these circumstances outside our control, there are times when we may not be able to dispatch your order on the same day. 

 

Couriers may also take longer than usual to deliver during COVID pandemic, busy sales periods and holiday seasons. Consequently, you may not receive your order within your chosen delivery timeframe.
