Squirt 3-5 drops of Bloom Supa Potent Healthy Hair Growth Oil in your palm and work it through your hair from the roots to the tips and massage into scalp well. Use every other day or 2-3 times per week on post-wash hair.
Can also be used as a hot oil treatment once a week by leaving the oil in for a minimum of 15-20 minutes under a heated towel or hooded dryer prior to washing the hair. Rinse well.

Good oil but a bit dear
I like this oil - it’s very lightweight so the directions are very helpful in only squeezing out a small amount, I made the mistake of using too much which is a waste. I love the ingredients list in it - can’t say I saw huge benefits but I didn’t use it consistently, only 1 month. Not sure I would be in a hurry to get it again because it’s a little bit pricey for just 4oz but I got it because I love Soultanicals and like to support Black businesses. If I did get it again I would get more than one so I can observe the progress of my hair. Didn’t think it had any significantly potent smell so it shouldn’t affect those who don’t like strong scents.

I use this oil for hot oil treatments leaves the hair feeling soft. Not a fan of the smell which is quite earthy.
