Coronavirus (Covid-19): Important Delivery Information

Latest Update (02/04/2020)

As some stocks are limited from suppliers due to COVID-19 pandemic, customers are only allowed 1 quantity per product within a 30-day period for certain products. This temporary policy is to give each customer a fair chance at getting what they want. Multiple orders from the same customer will be cancelled if this rule is not adhere to. Additionally, due to industry shortages, the usual packaging for some products have changed.

 


 

Update (01/04/2020)

Due to the ongoing global pandemic, all orders will be dispatched on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays (except public holidays) until further notice. Orders placed after 9:30am will be dispatched on the next day cycle. We are also currently suspending deliveries outside the UK until further notice.

 

All customers are advised to keep checking this page for the latest update before placing an order. Please also be aware that there may be delivery delays via our courier. Apologies for any inconvenience caused. 

 


 

Coronavirus update 1 (25/03/2020)

Due to the ongoing global pandemic, online shopping has seen a huge increase in demand as you may be aware. We want to reassure all our customers that we are doing our utmost best to stock up (providing supply chains are not affected), mitigate delays in processing orders and handling enquiries. 


In light of the crisis, all orders will be dispatched on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays until further notice. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched on the next day cycle. Apologies for any inconvenience caused during this difficult time.

 

On a more positive note, our latest data shows since March 12 nearly 95% of our UK-based customers received their orders within 4 working days after dispatch.
